Directions for Visitors

We are located in the Molecular Science and Engineering (MoSE) building at Georgia Tech. The street address is 901 Atlantic Drive NW, Atlanta GA, 30318 (that's the ZIP code on Google maps; mailing address ZIP is 30332-0400). David Sherrill's office is MoSE 2100M. The group is located in MoSE 4201. The conference room is MoSE 4202A.

Coming by public transportation: The MARTA (subway) Midtown station is near Georgia Tech, located at 10th Street a few blocks east of the I75/85 interstate. The Georgia Tech Trolley stops at the back side of Midtown station (the side facing the street Peachtree Place NE). You can take the Tech Trolley for free, and it will take you west into campus. There is a stop on Ferst Drive in front of the Marcus Nanotechnology building (around the corner of Ferst and Atlantic). From here, just walk northeast past the Petit Institute for Bioengineering and Bioscience (IBB) and to the MoSE building.

Coming by car: Parking is available at the W23 Parking Deck, also known as Parking Area 5, located at 268 Peachtree Place NW, Atlanta GA, 30318. Visitors must take a ticket from the machine upon entering the deck, and then insert the ticket into the machine and pay the parking fee upon exiting the deck. The MoSE building is directly across Atlantic Drive from the parking deck.

Directions to the parking deck: Take the 10th/14th St. exit from I-75, and turn West onto 10th St. Proceed a few blocks until you see a Papa John's Pizza ahead on the right. Turn left onto State St. This will take you into the campus. Pass the first building on your left and the alleyway behind it. Continue to the end of the 2nd building on your left, which is the parking deck. Turn left and you'll be at the entrance to the parking deck.

If Parking Area 5 is Full: If all available visitor spots have been taken, there will be a "full" sign at the entrance, and you'll have to look for an alternative visitor spot. Go further down State St until it intersects with Ferst Dr. Head through the intersection to try Visitor Parking Area 4 (intersection of Ferst and State). If this fails, head West along Ferst Dr. to look for Visitor Parking Areas 3 or 2 (near the Student Center).
